I absolutely love the look of the tiara, and her eyes are captivating.
The only things I could negatively critique is the hair. It's not horrible, but it's flat, and looks like she has a very small amount of hair in general. I know white is a very hard color to use for hair, but try giving some darker shades to it, and some shine. If you were going for the look of the stock picture, throw some grass over the hair, so it looks like she's laying in the grass.
But besides that; the piece is overly amazing and looks nice.
